Hi
We have deployed to around 20 iOS devices (iPad 4 / iPad Air) (iPhone 5/5s) and non of them seem to locate via GPS or Cell tower (even when location services is turned on)
I have installed the Avalance App and enrolled my Android Device (Galaxy S4) which does locate via GPS.
Anything i am missing? any basic configuration (i have only enrolled the devices and currently only pushing ActiveSync settings.
