Our Company purchased 12 WT41N0 with RS419 ring scanners, we are using wavelink to connect to Triceps through ConnectPro Proxy. When the bar-codes are scanned in, inside of Triceps; it leaves out the 2nd to last number for anything scanned. Example is a barcode number is 7096135, after it scans the number in shows 709615 than says invalid pallet or Bar-code. Does anyone have any Ideas that I can try to resolve this issue?
