How do I install the Avalanche - TE Speech Registration CE Package

Hi,

I am trying to set up my first MC9190 scanner to use Speakeasy. Accoording to what I have found out so far I need to install Avalanche SE on my PC which I have done, the next step is to install the TE Speech Registration package and then the Speech to Text files.

I have downloaded the TE Speech Registration Pakage to my device but how do I install it?
