When we connect RC on Avalanche 6.1 to one of our devices (example picture below : Motorola MC17) the following happens regularly (on about 10 % out of the 300 devices using the exact same configuration) :
The first screen says connected, then the following screen opens , then there is no way to take over control of the device or use any of the tabs above.
Current setup is this : Avalanche 6.1, Remote Control 4.1.3.002 .
We had this problem also before the upgrade ( Avalance 6.0 , Remote Control 4.1.3.001 )
