The LDMS user has insufficient permissions. User must be a member of the Windows "LANDesk Management Suite" user group and has permissions for managing mobility .

When trying to connect Avalanche (Mobility) to the Core, I get the error in the title, now I have added the user to the "LANdesk Management Group" and to the "LANdesk Administrators" and still the same error.

Support requested to have me reinstall SP1, which I have done twice, still not working, can't seem to find an answer anywhere. Any Idea?
