how do I create an ios payload distributed from manifest url?

Hi

I am tasked with deploying a custom app to IOS devices

The app is not available on the app store - we will be deploying it from a manifest URL

Where do I obtain the info needed for the payload i.e.

Bundle ID

Bundle version

Launch Path

Could anyone please give examples
