how to reset Naurtech password?

Hello , We have a customer with a Hand Held 99EX honeywell using the Naurtech software we need help resetting the password ( as they forgot it)  as they are having problems with the function keys. We need to go to the function key configuration but to do that we need to reset the password so we can enter the system.
