I use the wavelink TelnetCE Version 7.0.01 on a Windows CE (Motorola MC9100). Is there an option in the wavelink software for an automatic carriage return? I think about a putty client. With a putty client I can change the size from the terminal windows and at the end of a line putty makes an automaticc carriage return.
Is that also possible with wavelink TelnetCE?

you can create a script with Wave Left that performs an action based on a escape sequences from the telnet?

Hello, I have some Motorola MC9100 and I'd like to take over the configuration from one device to another device. I heard that I could copy the Termcfg.bin from the application\wavelink folder (via Active Sync) to another MC9100 but that don't work. If I looked in the Termcfg.bin I didn't find my configuration profile.
In which file is the configured profile from my Wavelink Telnet (Version 7.3.40) saved?
Another possibiltiy to take over the profile should be the Wavelink TelnetCE Configuration Utility but I can't find a download. Is this software only available for
maintenance agreement?

Hi i'm having difficulties using function keys with Motorola WT41N0 Telnet CE 7.3.192 and VT200 emulation. Random charachtes or error message key not recognized is diplayed if i'm trying to use Function keys (F1; F2 etc.) Any ideas?

When trying to connect Avalanche (Mobility) to the Core, I get the error in the title, now I have added the user to the "LANdesk Management Group" and to the "LANdesk Administrators" and still the same error.
Support requested to have me reinstall SP1, which I have done twice, still not working, can't seem to find an answer anywhere. Any Idea?

I've trying to access a web application (SAP ITS Mobile) using the Web emulation through TelnetCE and with HTTPS protocol.
The problem is that when I try to reach the application, industrial browser request me a certificate to enter to the URL, even this is not required by the application, but the strange is that if I try to access the same app using the IE browser of the device, the system request the same data and selecting the certificate listed (also listed when using TelnetCE), the initial login page is displayed and after the login, everything works fine. But when I try to use TelnetCE to access the same application, the system show me the same certificate that is listed in IE, but when selecting this one I receive a error saying that "Client authentication certificate needed", could you know how to solve that, have you ever seen this problem when accessing HTTPS web applications?

since update to Version 5.3-01 03/29/2012 on MC 9090 we have trouble with DHCP IP address shown on the avalanche server. on the device we can see in "Adapter Info" > "Properties" the card labeld with new name "Fusion Isotope PC Card". Since update to 5.3-01 the IP adress jumps between different ranges and the address shown on the device is not the same as i can see on the avalanche server...
Can someone confirm this issue ?

The login and password are working fine, but the command is not being executed. I'm wandering what i should fill on the command prompts/responses fields, in order to get this done.
Basically what i need, is that whenever the client connects to my server, an specific BAT file must run automatically.

I want to build with the Package Builder Wavelink a package and send in the Flash (\ CK_FFS) on the terminal CK31c with Win CE 4.2.
What needs in the Package Builder as (Destination Drive, Destination Folder) are provided so that the packet is transmitted to the CK31c?
I've "APPS" or "C" tried as Destination Drive, but the package is not transmitted!
When I select Destination Drive "Windows", the transmission works on CK31c in the Windows directory.
The following information on the CK31:

Hello, our WEB GUI from our Avalanche 6.0 Console i very slow.
When i Switch between Folders and Registercards in the Console i takes up to 60sec.
Machine is a VMWare 2012R2 -- Full Patchlevel.
Hardware is a QuadCore CPU and 8GB Ram for about 150 Devices. (No improvement with more CPU's or RAM)
Same Thing with different Browers.
Are there any Updates for this Problem?

One being can we limit the number of devices that a single user can enroll once they have the tiny URL?
also wondering how other companies are using wavelink and certificates? We want to try and tie in some kind of two factor certificate or wireless settings i am curious how others are handling the devices connecting to their internal networks

Howdy!
Moving to a new Wavelink server. Old server was 3.7. New server is on Windows 2008. Downloaded and installed Wavelink 3.8. Looks very similar!
Disabled Wavelink service, running it as a desktop application.
Set up TCP/IP monitor on port 1000. If I use the Client Emulator or our RF Terminal and connect to the app on the port, the app pops up in a window on the server. Client Emulator remains blank at this time. Wavelink Administrator shows the connection. Same thing with the RF Terminal, with the added feedback that the RF terminal say WAIT, shows an hour glass.
No input from RF Terminal enters app on server desktop screen.
So how do I get the app to NOT show up on server screen desktop, but instead inside Emulator window or RF Terminal screen?

We have a Motorola Symbol MC9090 and from some days ago the WaveLink software started to start automatically and I don't know how to return to the Windows Mobile main screen to access the other programs. I tried to restart the machine but it didn't work. Now the only screen it shows is one written: No Host Connection <Enter> to Connect
Follow a screen shot attached to this discussion.
Anyone knows how can I get out of this screen?
I've migrated Wavelink Studio to a new server at a different private IP, I'm using Symbol WinCE devices to connect. I was able to edit the connections on the devices to use the new IP, those work fine, I'm having a problem though when the Wavelink app is completely closed and reopened it tries immediately to connect to the old IP then times out and fails. I can then open the correct connection and it connects ok. I can't figure out how to change the IP that it's trying to connect to upon launching the app.
