on MC3190 when we use Telnet CE ( any version) the level of the sound is not enough loud to be hear by a end user in the warehouse
we need to know how we can set correctly TelnetCE to have a very heavy sound

I have installed wavelink emulator on a CN3/CN4 Intermec numeric keyboard.Please can you provide me the menu toggle key value for key ESC?
I didnt manage to find the value for the key ESC.Or please provide me the menu toggle key value for any other key of my device(0,1,2,3 etc)

RF Scan Gun device logging
Currently using Avanlanche Version 5.3. Is was looking for any logging or auditing that I can use to track the rf scan gun devices. I've seen the logging from the console, (TOOLS>SETTINGS>AUDIT LOGGING), I've selected all, but doesn't seem to show any work from the rf scan gun devices. Is there one I'm missing?

is there a possibility to scroll up and down my screen when i'm using a wavelink 5250 emulation ?
I can't use any combination of keys or the up/down specific keys.

Avalanche Network Profile "Failed to add the new Fusion profile." / "Failed to create the wireless profile." errors.
When I initially setup my MC9090 CE 5.0 Scanner I used a registry file to load the network settings. I am now trying to use Avalanche Network Profiles. The problem I am having is that I keep getting "Failed to add the new Fusion profile." / "Failed to create the wireless profile." errors when the network profiles are downloaded to the scanner. I have tried deleting the existing Fusion Profiles, experimenting with different encryption and authentication schemes; however nothing seems to address the problem.
Any thoughts?
We use the following settings on the scanner:
Profile
Operating Mode: Infrastructure / USA
Authentication: PEAP / MS CHAP v2
The domain is in its own box (not like domain\username)
Encryption: TKIP
IP management: DHCP
Options
AP Networks(checked)
USA 802.11d (NOT checked)
Hardware
Fusion 2.4.0.0.015R
MC9090G CE 5.00.1400

Remote control (strange behavior)
When we connect RC on Avalanche 6.1 to one of our devices (example picture below : Motorola MC17) the following happens regularly (on about 10 % out of the 300 devices using the exact same configuration) :
The first screen says connected, then the following screen opens , then there is no way to take over control of the device or use any of the tabs above.
Current setup is this : Avalanche 6.1, Remote Control 4.1.3.002 .
We had this problem also before the upgrade ( Avalance 6.0 , Remote Control 4.1.3.001 )

Function keys with WT41N0 Telnet CE 7.3.192 VT220 emulation
Hi i'm having difficulties using function keys with Motorola WT41N0 Telnet CE 7.3.192 and VT200 emulation. Random charachtes or error message key not recognized is diplayed if i'm trying to use Function keys (F1; F2 etc.) Any ideas?

Scan Handler (Enter after barcode scan) not working
Hello,
I'm having problems with a Motorla scanner and Wavelink.
Everything (i need) that is configured in Emulation Parameters works, but the only thing that does not work is a "return" on barcode scan (Scan Handler).
My Wavelink version is TelnetCE 7.2.00 and i have a licence for VTHP.
I have also tried to use A(0)[A\\0D] but that does not work either.
The manual found on this page does not help either:

Is this a Wavelink version problem? Or am i doing something else wrong?
Scan Terminator is also \0D:
I have re-installed the Wavelink software on the Scanner, but that didn't help either.
Does anyone have any idea that i'm doing wrong?
The scanner is a Motorola MC9090 with WIndows Mobile 5.1

The taskbar is not visible in TelnetCE, even though I'm not hiding anything in the options tab. How can I get it back, so I cen get into the config menus
I'm using TelnetCE 7.3 with app center. When I go into TelnetCE, I lose the taskbar which contained the config menus.
So I can't change config or even exit the program. I'm force to cold boot to exit TelnetCE. I'm do not have any
options in the 'options' tab checked, so nothing should be hidden. How can I get it back?

Problems with Scanner="AutoTab" attibute on Motorola MC9190
Hello.
I have a few questions regarding VelocityCE.
I’m using Motorola MC9190 with Windows Mobile 6.5 as a test device. Device is configured with default configuration settings.
I have seen some inconsistencies in the VelocityCE (Client v1.0.29, Server v1.1.019).
HTML page is very simple just for showing my problem which I had or I’m still having.

1. Device was not cold booted for quite some time. On page load second input element was not focused first (problem A). In fact no element was focused when page was loaded. I was able to focus input element by hand or by pressing up or down key on the device. When I pressed the scan button the scanned data was present in the input element. But focus stood on the same element and caret blinked before first character(problem B). If I pressed scan button again the new data overwrote the old content in the input element(problem C). Shutting down the application didn’t help. Problems A, B and C gone away by restarting the test device.
2. Second problem is that when page loads the scanner should be disabled (if meta tag, like in the test above, is present). This works ok. But if I focus (active) first or third input element scanner is still disabled. As I understand, only when 1. and 3. input element are focused scanner gets enabled? If I refresh the page, then scanner gets enabled, but stays enabled for all input elements. But is should be enabled only for 1. and 3 input element?
3. I have problems with Scanner attribute. When scan is triggered on the element which has Scanner attribute with AutoTab content in it, focus stays on the same input element every time I try to scan. Scanner=”AutoTab” attribute should trigger tab key press event after something is scanned? But on my test device this is not the case. Tab key event is not triggered, therefore focus stays on the same element.
For example if I attach (keypress and keydown and other) listeners to the input element and if I scan “46000075” I get two events (I tried different code types too). One is Keydown event with keycode 0 and second event is keypress event with keycode 52 . Scanned data is correct, but focus stays on the same element even with Scanner=”AutoTab” attribute.
When I add meta tag

and a callback function, that callback function gets called on scan action. Focused input stays empty, which is correct behavior I assume.
But I’m trying to avoid this kind of solution of filling the input elements and jumping on the next element.
I just need the second and third question answered, please.

Is Picklist Mode available on the PreLicensed MC9190 CE
Is Picklist Mode available on the PreLicensed MC9190 CE Operating System. I have downloaded and installed the MC9190 CE Emulators v7.0.122. Once it is installed on the PC I then go to Scanner/Common and expect to see "Pick List Mode". On the MC9190 CE TE there does not seem to be Pick List, however on the MC9190 WM TE there IS a "Pick List Mode".

GM 2D PDF417 barcodes
I want to scan a GM 2D PDF417 barcode. It has hexidecimal control characters in it. Scanner returns "Invalid Character(s)". How can I work around this?

How do I install the Avalanche - TE Speech Registration CE Package
Hi,
I am trying to set up my first MC9190 scanner to use Speakeasy. Accoording to what I have found out so far I need to install Avalanche SE on my PC which I have done, the next step is to install the TE Speech Registration package and then the Speech to Text files.
I have downloaded the TE Speech Registration Pakage to my device but how do I install it?

Move Avalanche server
Hi@all!
What is to do when we want to move AvalancheMC to another server?
Old server has Server 2003 installed, we have to move to Server 2012.
New server has another IP adress.
Got a valid backup, but not sure if all that we need to restore on a new server is in there.
