Can I run multiple installations of ConnectPro?
Different than having multiple instances - I want to have multiple installations. Currently, if I have multiple instances representing different sites, all sites have to take a hit when I restart services. If I have each site with its own installation and multiple installations on the same server I can avoid this.
Is this possible?

Can you add screen-specific Key Macros using the Screen Reformatter?
I am very familiar with both Key Macros within the TelnetCE Emulation Parameters and the Screen Reformatter and I am curious if there is any ability to have Key Macros that are designed for a specific screen using the Screen Reformatter.
It'd be great if I could add a Key Macro as a supporting action:

Disable Scanner Selection Windows on TelnetCE Startup
Anyone know how I can do this? When I Start TelnetCE a windows comes up
"Scanner Selection" Do you want to use the scanner "Bluetooth SSI Scanner Driver" instead of the Default scanner "External SSI"
I have to hit no to continue with the connection Profile.

Naurtech on a XP machine with a on-screen keyboard in kiosk mode
Hello,
Our customer ( old PSA and MSC) MPET now. wants to run Naurtech on VX9 (LXE terminals) with windows XP.
They would like to have a on-screen keyboard in the secured kiosk mode of Naurtech.
Is this possible?
Can we ad the Windows xp or Third-party SIP keyboard?
This is for 250 devices.

When I want to edit a package, it shows me "Install Java"

Telnet emulator session block
Hello,
Our warehouse logistics are handled through an internal ERP application ensuring a proper flow of the reception and distribution of auto parts.
For this purpose we use around 110 mobile terminals with barcode scanners (RF Guns) of which 50 are deployed in the central warehouse.
The models used are:
Motorola MC2100
Datalogic Falcon X3
Datalogic Skorpio
In the central warehouse we are currently using 50 Motorola MC2100 scanners with Windows CE 6.0 operating system. As an emulator we are using Wavelink Corporation’s Telnet version 7.3.63 for Motorola MC2100 terminals.
Lately, the following problem began to manifest itself:
On a daily basis every Motorola MC2100 device suffers one or more unexplainable telnet session blocks.
When this happens, the terminal cannot interact with the application any more, the keyboard stops working and after a few minutes the display shows the "disconnected session" message. The terminal’s log doesn’t record any loss of connection to the access point.
The Access Points are all newly acquired from Motorola in order to ensure maximum compatibility between them and the mobile terminals.
Our question is:
To what extent the Telnet emulator may influence these session blocks, taking into account the following:
1. Telnet version
2. Certain parameters of the telnet configuration
3. “Avalanche Enable” configuration – we are using the Avalanche platform version 5.3.0.572 to manage our terminals
4. Having a large number of sessions (high load) on an Access Point.
Can you please help us with any idea in tackling this problem? Is there a log monitoring tool that can help us to identify the cause of these problems?
The situation is very critical and this seriously influences the process of delivery and reception of goods.

Wavelink Avalanche Site Edition 5.3.0 Mobile Device Server crashing.
Hi,
I was modifying my term proxys address IP for all of my sites profiles and suddenly I saw a crash warning message saying that Mobile Sevice Server as encountered a problem and need to close...
Now I'm getting a red X on the tree view on the left handside of the window.
I tried a system restore without success.
Here's the error message in the event viewer:
Faulting application WLAvalancheService.exe, version 5.3.0.0, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x0000cebf.
Our site edition is installed on a Windows XP SP3 machine.

MC9190-CE Industrial Browser license error
Hello,
I encountered a problem with the installation of the Industrial Browser software. I must install it in a folder called /Application to not lose data when it´s restarted. But when we apply the license, appear an error message. If we install it in default directory, it works properly!
What can i do?

cookies not setting on Windows Mobile Embedded 6.5
I've got two Motola MC 9190 scanners. Set up as follows.
Scanner 1 - Windows CE 5.0, Wavelink Telnet CE 7.0.94 - Web emulation profile.
Scanner 2 - Windows Mobile 6.5, Wavelink Telnet CE 7.0.147 - Web emulation profile.
Can someone explain why Scanner 2 is unable to set and unset a cookie? Any help appreciated. This webpage works fine on iOS, Chrome, Firefox, Sanner1 using IE or Wavelink ..
The other odd thing is that if I use the Zetakey browser on Scanner 2, that works fine and also the embedded IE browser works fine, it's just the Wavelink Telnet CE browser that doesn't work on Sanner 2

Function keys with WT41N0 Telnet CE 7.3.192 VT220 emulation
Hi i'm having difficulties using function keys with Motorola WT41N0 Telnet CE 7.3.192 and VT200 emulation. Random charachtes or error message key not recognized is diplayed if i'm trying to use Function keys (F1; F2 etc.) Any ideas?

Scan Handler (Enter after barcode scan) not working
Hello,
I'm having problems with a Motorla scanner and Wavelink.
Everything (i need) that is configured in Emulation Parameters works, but the only thing that does not work is a "return" on barcode scan (Scan Handler).
My Wavelink version is TelnetCE 7.2.00 and i have a licence for VTHP.
I have also tried to use A(0)[A\\0D] but that does not work either.
The manual found on this page does not help either:

Is this a Wavelink version problem? Or am i doing something else wrong?
Scan Terminator is also \0D:
I have re-installed the Wavelink software on the Scanner, but that didn't help either.
Does anyone have any idea that i'm doing wrong?

The taskbar is not visible in TelnetCE, even though I'm not hiding anything in the options tab. How can I get it back, so I cen get into the config menus
I'm using TelnetCE 7.3 with app center. When I go into TelnetCE, I lose the taskbar which contained the config menus.
So I can't change config or even exit the program. I'm force to cold boot to exit TelnetCE. I'm do not have any
options in the 'options' tab checked, so nothing should be hidden. How can I get it back?

How to set up Linux/Firefox to access Avalanche AvaCfgCE configuration
I have a AVA 6.1 Server. To access the WebConsole is no problem. But if I try to edit the Enabler Configuration Software to edit/change parameters.
I already installed "WINE" to execute Windows executables. What do I need to configure to make my Linux working correctly with the Avalanche Configuring packages?

F5 function key is not working in SAP ITS screens
Hi experts,
We are using SAP ITS RF and wavelink browser on intermec CK3x devices. We are having an issue with F5 function key. When F5 is hit, the screen just refreshes and it does not do the intended action. It looks like the key code "F5" is not being recognized by ITS template.
In the ITS template, we have maintained the following meta tag for "F5".

The keyboard test gives the following key codes for "F5".
F5 = 3F00 under the keyboard test
F5 = 0074 under the windows keyboard test
Am I missing something.?

MC3190 problems Telnet session
Hello everyone.
I have a problem with a terminal Mc3190 when working with TelnetCE V7.2, when you work 15 minutes is disabled the login and need to login again to continue working.
Possible is that the version that is to installed to the terminal is incorrect or to that problem could be due?
