Hi i'm having difficulties using function keys with Motorola WT41N0 Telnet CE 7.3.192 and VT200 emulation. Random charachtes or error message key not recognized is diplayed if i'm trying to use Function keys (F1; F2 etc.) Any ideas?

Is it possible to set the HKLM\Ident\Name Value to the "TerminalID" from Avalanche?
I know about the possibility to read Reg.-values and transfer it to a Avalanche Property using the "_regprop.prf". This file must contain the following:
- reg.prop.count=1
- reg.prop.0=KT.CE_Device_ID
- reg.prop.KT.CE_Device_ID.key=HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\Ident
- reg.prop.KT.CE_Device_ID.name=Name
So, every time the Device connect to the server this script is going to be executed an the Value fir ...Ident\Name is copied to the Property "KT.CE_Device_ID".
No my Question: Is it possible to set an Reg.-Value from an Avalanche property?

TelnetCE Problems on Motorola 9090

This is my first post and I could do with some help
We use Wavelink TelnetCE software on the handheld RDTs in our warehouse.
The Handhelds a Motorola/Symbol 9190 / 9090s
This talks back to our Warehouse Software Autostore on our Microsoft Cluster running Windows Server 2003 R2 Enterprise x64 via Pragma Telnet Server.
The devices have varying versions of TelnetCE from 5.11-43 to 7.3.146
A majority of the guns are configured to use DHCP on our WING wireless network – coverage is good across the warehouse.
We have severe problems with connectivity.
The guns always have good connection however the communication to and from the server can be extremely slow – making the gun appear to freeze at random points.
It would only appear to affect the guns that between access points.
I’ve tried a number of permutations with the settings but have had no luck in getting to the bottom of the problem.
Do you have any advice on how to monitor and debug this type of issues?
Is there anywhere I can get configuration advice?

MC 9200 Wireless profile not installing
I’ve seen this issue posted a few times, but I haven’t found a proper solution to the issue yet. I’m looking to the community with the hopes that someone has encountered this already can help. We just received new MC9200 scanners. The issue I’m having is that Avalanche is not installing the wireless profiles we have configured on the 9200 only. It works for all our other models of wireless scanners though.I worked with support on Friday and I was told that we needed to have the scanner OS updated to version:
MC92N0
CE 7.0
Fusion Version X_2.03.0.0.017R
OEM VERSION : 06.57.22
Enabler: 5.3.84
The enabler version I am using is 5.3.84. I installed the updated OS today and verified the settings, but the issue still persist. All the other settings are there, but the wireless profile is not installing. The radio is enabled and scanner is seeing our wireless SSID, but not installing the profile. Has anyone encountered this issue?

Issues with Remote Control - Error During Preconnect
Having an issue when trying to remote control a Motorola MT2090 handheld scanner. Whenever I attempt to remote control I see the connection trying to happen in the RC client on the scanner but I immediately see "error in preconnect" on the scanner. I just installed the latest RC patch on the server (4.1.4) hoping that would fix it but no such luck. There doesn't seem to be a 4.1.4 RC client for the handheld that I found unless I've missed it somewhere.
When I open the Access.log file on the scanner under the RC client folder I see this quite often:

How to hide input panel on Zebra MC9200 CE7.0
Hi,
I would like to hide the input panel on a Zebra MC9200 CE7.0 handheld.
I did some settings, but the input panel still exists if I click to an input field. The hardware keyboard doesn't work - but this should be active.
Does anybody know the correct registry settings?

Configure anything besides Enterprise Home Screen on Zebra Android Devices?
How can I take advantage of Zebra's MX platform to configure the device through XML based configuration profiles? It seems that I can only deploy files to the /enterprise/usr/ directory but so far the only applications that I've found that utilize that directory are Velocity and the Enterprise Home Screen. Is there no way to push DataWedge or general device settings to Zebra Android devices through Avalanche?
It seems insane to me given that SOTI has had this functionality for over 3 years now:

Telnet emulator session block
Hello,
Our warehouse logistics are handled through an internal ERP application ensuring a proper flow of the reception and distribution of auto parts.
For this purpose we use around 110 mobile terminals with barcode scanners (RF Guns) of which 50 are deployed in the central warehouse.
The models used are:
Motorola MC2100
Datalogic Falcon X3
Datalogic Skorpio
In the central warehouse we are currently using 50 Motorola MC2100 scanners with Windows CE 6.0 operating system. As an emulator we are using Wavelink Corporation’s Telnet version 7.3.63 for Motorola MC2100 terminals.
Lately, the following problem began to manifest itself:
On a daily basis every Motorola MC2100 device suffers one or more unexplainable telnet session blocks.
When this happens, the terminal cannot interact with the application any more, the keyboard stops working and after a few minutes the display shows the "disconnected session" message. The terminal’s log doesn’t record any loss of connection to the access point.
The Access Points are all newly acquired from Motorola in order to ensure maximum compatibility between them and the mobile terminals.
Our question is:
To what extent the Telnet emulator may influence these session blocks, taking into account the following:
1. Telnet version
2. Certain parameters of the telnet configuration
3. “Avalanche Enable” configuration – we are using the Avalanche platform version 5.3.0.572 to manage our terminals
4. Having a large number of sessions (high load) on an Access Point.
Can you please help us with any idea in tackling this problem? Is there a log monitoring tool that can help us to identify the cause of these problems?
The situation is very critical and this seriously influences the process of delivery and reception of goods.

TelnetCE/Data Wedge does not decode GS1-128 symbology. Symbol MC92N0 (Android Kit Kat)
I am having an issue where while using the TelnetCE application on MC92N0 devices running android it fails to decode GS1 barcodes. The scan settings for TelnetCE are manipulated in the Datawedge settings on the device and I have enabled GS1 symbology in the correct location. However when I attempt to scan the GS1 barcode it does not decode it. If I run DWdemo app on the device and scan the GS1 barcode it decodes correctly. So the issue seems to be isolated to TelnetCE.

Velocity TE - how to map keys for MC92N0 / keys not working.
We need to remap some keys for the MC92N0 to match application functionality in a TE / VT220 emulator. I see that there is a ReplaceKey script in the LIbrary as an example, but it doesn't seem to work even when I hard code keyscan values. Is there a different/easier way?

Industrial Browser WEB - overflow cache
Hello all
My devices are running 24/ 7 / 365.
After around 2 days the answers and reactions of the device are slower as on the first day.
A "good scan" needs time , the comming new website also
After around 3 days most devices have no reaction - if they in sleep mode I did not get them back alive.
We found out - IE cache is full !
The switch inside TB - WEB Clear Cache and und WEB Clear Cookies have only on time a effect - at the start.
Our device running all time - stop the session and exit Wavelink isn´t allow for the workers.
MC 9190
- germany and englisch OS - 1.34 // 2.41 same .
- Wavelink 7.3.206 and 7.3.196 -> older same effect
any idea ?

I have a Windows Server 2012r2 running. Java 8.45 is installed. I-Explorer version 11.0.9600.17801:
When I want to edit a package, it shows me "Install Java"
