Hi,

We've recently installed Wavelink TE on our Honeywell 7600 Hand Held Terminals. This interacts with a Pragma Server. On the HHT's we un-tick any power saving options in Windows > Settings > Power > Advanced. However, much to our annoyance we've found that something is turning it back on again! This causes us big problems if the Warehouse guys are in the middle of a pick. The HHT freezes and we have to warm reboot the HHT to get the session back.

Is there a setting in Wavelink config which is causing this behaviour?

i need to install multiple *.cab files for an own application. This app needs to have dotnet CF2 and also the dotnet CF3 helpfiles.

The app itself is also a *.cab file. For update reasons, it is useful to create two packages, one with the CF2 and CF3 cab files

and one package for the app only. i want to reboot the device after the app is installed, but it is not possbile, because the app

is faster installed than CF2 and CF3. so the installer is interuppted by reboot. i set reboot type to yes to get a window with 10 sec

additional time, but its not enough. is there a way to run packages dependent so the system will only reboot after the last packages

is installed? it seems that all packages runs in multitaks mode...

We are using SAP ITS RF and wavelink browser on intermec CK3x devices. We are having an issue with F5 function key. When F5 is hit, the screen just refreshes and it does not do the intended action. It looks like the key code "F5" is not being recognized by ITS template.

In the ITS template, we have maintained the following meta tag for "F5".

The keyboard test gives the following key codes for "F5".

F5 = 3F00 under the keyboard test

F5 = 0074 under the windows keyboard test

Am I missing something.?

A client use Speakeasy on WT40N0 terminal from Motorola.

They asked for a need to desactivate on the same device Speakesy functionnalities and then re use it when needed.

What we have done, we defined two profiles one with Speakeasy packages and another one without voice. The telnet profile also is modified to not use voice with the unvocalized profile.

Upon scanning barcodes, the property of the terminal change and the the device trigger from one profile into another one. This works well enough, we just have a problem with automatic deleting of orphaned packages , we have to look at it, this is not the main problem.

The main one, is pop up windows appearing on the device attached to this post.

How is it possible to manage the way these messages appear, when and desactivate/activate these messages?

When I test the scanner from within windows the barcode data scanned displays correctly however when I use the TelnetCE Program Diagnostics Scan Test no data is displayed. Has anyone any ideas please?

Display language:  Russian - KOI8

Server Language: UTF-8

Displaying of russian symbols are fine but

If we enter russian characters by keyboard or by scanning barcodes we get symbols ?????

Is there any way to solve this issue?

Hi, we'd like to try out using 5ghz wifi on our Skorpio X3 guns. I can set the Radio Mode to ABG rates full in the Summit Client Utility and contact the Avalanche SE server over our 5ghz network, but as soon as the config is pushed to the gun the default setting of BG rates full is restored and the gun is no longer able to see the 5ghz SSID as it is not looking in the 5ghz range. I assume it's achieved via Custom Properties in the Network Profile / WLAN Settings area but I don't know what the appropriate Property Name and Value should be set to. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have a Symbol MT2090 and installed the Wavelink Telnet CE 7395 client.  I connect to the terminal session ok but have found that the ESC key does not work to go back. I also need to configure Yes/No buttons. Any help would be most appreciated, thank you

Avalanche was fine this morning. I was adding two new group locations, one as a child of the other - both initially configured to not inherit profiles from above. When I went to the child to set it to inherit the child node dissapeared. After refreshing it still didn't come back so I re-created it. It was around performing this change that it stopped synchronising.

Any helpwould be greatly appreciated.

I tried to make auto login in TE 7.3 on motorola mc9190 but the process stop at password and I need to enter it manually. The user name and the command that came after passing automatically, only the password needed to enter manually.

We've recently installed Wavelink TE on our Honeywell 7600 Hand Held Terminals. This interacts with a Pragma Server. On the HHT's we un-tick any power saving options in Windows > Settings > Power > Advanced. However, much to our annoyance we've found that something is turning it back on again! This causes us big problems if the Warehouse guys are in the middle of a pick. The HHT freezes and we have to warm reboot the HHT to get the session back.

Is there a setting in Wavelink config which is causing this behaviour?

on MC3190 when we use Telnet CE ( any version) the level of the sound is not enough loud to be hear by a end user in the warehouse

we need to know how we can set correctly TelnetCE to have a very heavy sound
